April 7, 2016 Hello CEPA Members:

I hope this letter finds you all well. I believe we are all looking forward to another beautiful summer in Cadomin, AB. The winter was certainly warmer than usual with little snow and great temperatures.

The CEPA Executive Board Members had a meeting with Teck last September where we reviewed Teck’s drainage/overflow policies and had a firsthand view of some of their pond installations. We have another meeting scheduled with Teck for April 30, 2016. At our upcoming Annual General Meeting we will be able to provide you updated information.

Once again our Annual General Meeting will be held on the May long weekend. Please set aside 8:00 AM Saturday May 21st, 2016 for the CEPA meeting. I promise the meeting will be short and to the point. The Legion meeting will commence at 10:00 AM right after the CEPA meeting. There will be a pot luck dinner at the Legion on Saturday starting at 5:30 PM. Everyone is welcome whether a Legion member or not.

Come to the meeting to get an update on:

1) Mine Hall Road dust 2) Teck drainage ponds 3) Cadomin cell phone tower 4) Sewer system performance this past winter 5) Fire Hall status
